[SN] STARMANET mailing list service has been restored

Hello STARMANET Subscribers,

Everything seems to be working fine again. No messages were lost and all subscribers remain subscribed. You do not need to do anything different.

For the curious, the change you might notice is that hitting REPLY to a message should automatically fill in the email address of the person who sent the message AND the email address for the mailing list itself. Prior to today, hitting REPLY would ONLY fill in the email address for the mailing list itself.
