Thomas and I are trying to figure out the best way to recreate the archived messages. It will likely be a long process, so don't hold your breath for months at a time. :D
There's no easy way in the mailing list software to simply upload old messages to the archive.
Right now, though, all messages since yesterday ARE being archived.

I have a few of the starmanet digests still in my inbox. If someone has these could they be reposted?
I'm sure someone out there must have been a pack rat and kept at least some of them.
