Hi there, Wanted to send a final email to everyone going to the picnic on Sunday. Here is the information on the park.

They do allow BBQ's as long as they are propane. Speaking with a few people, it looks like everyone brings their own food and also a dish to share in a potluck setting if they would like. If you would like to bring photos of Annemarie, that would be lovely. It will be great to have her with us in spirit as well as conversation. We would love to have a time where we can all sit around and tell stories of my Grandma and celebrate her life. And also, if you would like to wear blue that would be lovely too. I think she would love that. She always loves stories as you know :))

For as many years as I can remember our family has had a Mothers day picnic on Fathers day :)) My grandma, Annemarie Schomaker, used to plan the picnic. I think they moved the Mothers day picnic to Fathers day because the weather was much warmer and nicer. We would love to invite you to this years picnic to celebrate the life of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend Annemarie. As you all know she was an amazing woman. One of a kind in our eyes. We think about her and miss her every day. We felt she would love this idea of a picnic where all her family and friends got together. She adored her family and friends. Please join us for a potluck picnic on Sunday June 16th starting at 10-11am at Wardlow Park in Long Beach. Bring your baseball mitts and any other fun games to play!!
