Chris Hadfield is a Canadian astronaut who had been aboard the International Space Station (ISS) for about five months from last December 19 returning to Earth on May 13. In addition to being the first Canadian Commander of the ISS, he is also the first person to Tweet a message from space using the Irish language known as Gaeilge.
