If you're getting these SN emails, you are indeed subscribed to the list so no further action is needed on your part.
Based on Lauren's experience, we've added "how to subscribe" in the footer of all mailing list messages. This should make it easier for people to sign up at new email addresses, like Lauren was trying to do. The footer continues to have instructions on how to unsubscribe, how to contact the listowner, and the URL to change your subscription options.
To answer your question, you can subscribe using any one of the following methods:
a. Going to the "other options" link: http://starmanet.com/mailman/listinfo/starmanet_starmanet.com b. Send an email to starmanet-request@starmanet.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject line. c. Do what I do. :D I usually just go to http://starmanet.com and click on the Mailing List link at the top.
