Due to stronger anti-spam measures being put in place by several email service providers (AOL.COM, Yahoo.Com, and more), we are experiencing excessive bounced messages resulting in subscribers being temporarily unsubscribed. No action is needed on your part at this time.

We have made configuration changes to our mailing list software to reduce (and hopefully eliminate) the problem. You may receive duplicates of recent messages as we test out the changes. Please bear with us as we restore STARMANET service as quickly as possible.
