Burt Rutan's New Design

https://www.wired.com/story/stratolaunch-airplane-burt-rutan-paul-allen/ Rutan was the creator of "The Hawk" that was seen in the Starman episode "Fatal Flaw." No surprise that he focused on Space at the end of his career. Maybe he learned a few things from Paul? Rutan was also supposedly the inspiration for the Conrad Bennett character. - BJ
