Hi All,
Our hosting provider has restored access to the starmanet.com mailing
lists. They've upgraded them to a new version of the software and there are
some differences, but I don't know how many differences yet. At least all
of the subscribers have been migrated. For now I encourage the use of UTS
again so we can ferret out the differences before we let everyone know on
the main STARMANET list.
Could each of you getting this post just do a reply and say "got it" so I
can make sure it's really really really really going out to everyone.

One difference is you'll likely see URLs regarding the mailing lists have
changed from starmanet.com to panomity.com. It's still "us". I'm going to
see if they can change it but not going to hold my breath. :D
